10k RUN and FAST WALK
*You must be 18 years old or older to participate in the 10k on race day
*18 min/mile pace or faster required
*Sweepers will remove participants from the course who cannot keep pace
*Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome; bikes and pets are prohibited
